Dr. Kristina Ingram received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2008 from Colorado State University. She practiced in Sedona, Arizona for 6 years, before in 2014, she moved back to the Colorado Front Range. Dr. Ingram worked in Boulder for close to 2 years before starting her own house call and relief practice, Four Directions.
Dr. Kristina Ingram has always incorporated acupuncture into her practice, receiving her Certification in Veterinary Acupuncture at the same time as her DVM degree in 2008. In addition to acupuncture, she prides herself in offering many nutraceuticals and herbal alternatives to pharmaceuticals for her patients.
Dr. Ingram is experienced with exotics (birds, reptiles, and small mammals). With this passion, she was the sole Veterinarian for an Arizona Wildlife Rehabilitation Center, Running with the Wild, as well as the sole Veterinarian for the exotics at a local Pet’s Mart in Sedona, Arizona, while she lived there.
In her free time she has helped organize and participate in annual free veterinary spay/neuter/vaccine clinics on the Navajo and Hopi reservations in Arizona since 2009. She has also worked with an Arizona Non-profit, HERO, with whom she traveled to India and Nicaragua with in order to provide free veterinary services to severely poor and under served populations.
